Pokemon 2019 Episode 88 Recap
Before in Pokemon 2019 Episode 88: Goh and Satoshi search for Kingdra at the depths of the ocean. They adore photographing and learning about Pokemon. They also come upon Lovecus, a water creature that brings Pokemon together. Goh tries to catch the Pokemon, but he is unsuccessful because the Monster Ball is submerged. He learns that he needs to make the Monster Ball heavier because the Pokemon keep escaping. As they near exhaustion, the two make their way to the boat. There is no sign of Seadra, and it will be difficult to locate Kindra because Seadra must first appear, and then Kingdra will follow suit.
To acquire more information, Goh advises they go deeper into the investigation. This time they encounter Pokemons that startle them and a whale that launches them into the air. Astonishment greeted Pikachu and Sarunori when they saw Goh and Satoshi flying out of the sea. They were confronted by a man who demanded to know why they were being so silly. It was Mr. Gonji, and Satoshi informed him that it was in fact Genji, not Gonji, who had made the appearance. It dawns on Goh that Mr. Genji is a member of the Hoenn Elite 4.
It is Satoshi who tells Genji that it is Sabashi. Aha! Goh sees how difficult it is for the two of them to say his name correctly. After learning about their plans to capture a wild Kingdra, Genji decides to help them out. Genji tells Goh and the others that he has indeed seen one. Genji went into detail about his encounter with a rabid Kingdra on that particular day. In order to capture Kingdra, Goh knows that they must go further into the cave. Satoshi is perplexed as to how this may be accomplished. He was assured, though, by Goh that evidence would be found.
